We sell finished work, not software
Modern Agentic builds and runs AI systems inside your operation. There's no tool for your team to learn. The work arrives done, under your name, priced per unit of output and proven before you pay for it.

Growth stalls where the work piles up
Every business runs on a layer of work that has to happen and moves nothing forward. Packets, lists, follow-ups, reconciliations, reports. Capable people spend their best hours keeping that machine running. We take the layer. Your team keeps the judgment, the relationships and the decisions, and stops owning the paperwork underneath them.
01 / Your number
What is that workflow costing you?
Before anyone talks about price, it helps to know the number you are already paying. Move the slider to the process you had in mind.
That is 15.6 weeks of one person's year, spent on work that moves nothing forward.
This is your number, not our price. What we would charge comes out of the audit.
How this number is calculated
The arithmetic. Hours a week × 52 weeks × the loaded hourly cost of whoever does the work. The weeks figure divides the annual hours by a 40-hour week. Nothing is compounded, discounted or adjusted, so you can check it on a napkin.
The rates. Mean hourly wage for the Miami–Fort Lauderdale–West Palm Beach metro area, from the federal occupational wage survey, multiplied by 1.427 to cover employment overhead. That multiplier is the national ratio of total compensation to wages: benefits, payroll tax, insurance and paid leave run about 30% of what an employee actually costs.
| Option | Occupation | Mean wage | Loaded |
|---|---|---|---|
| Office clerk | 43-9061 Office Clerks, General | $22.48 | $32 |
| Bookkeeper | 43-3031 Bookkeeping, Accounting & Auditing Clerks | $25.58 | $36 |
| Exec assistant | 43-6011 Executive Secretaries & Executive Administrative Assistants | $35.84 | $51 |
| Owner or GM | 11-1021 General & Operations Managers | $63.09 | $90 |
Sources. Wages: US Bureau of Labor Statistics, Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics, May 2025, Miami–Fort Lauderdale–West Palm Beach FL metro area (bls.gov/oes). Overhead multiplier: BLS Employer Costs for Employee Compensation, December 2025, private industry, where wages and salaries are 70.1% of total compensation (bls.gov/ecec).
What it does not include. Recruiting and training cost, turnover, management time spent supervising the work, software seats, or the revenue you did not earn because the work was late. Those are real and they are all additive, which is why we think of this figure as a floor rather than an estimate.
02 / Selected work
Four systems, four numbers that moved
The problem
A small business-development team was combing LinkedIn by hand to find hiring companies and decision-makers: 10–12 hours per rep per week, with missing contact data and stale job posts. The pipeline couldn't grow past the hours available to research it.
What we built
A lead generation system that sources live hiring signals, enriches each company with verified decision-makers, scores every lead on seniority, industry fit and hiring activity, then exports a ranked file with the reasoning behind each score visible.
The outcome
- 1,000+ qualified leads in a single run
- ~200 top-priority targets per run
- 99% reduction in research time
- 10× increase in qualified lead volume
The problem
Expanding across South Florida meant identifying the right high-rises and the people who actually authorise maintenance. Ownership, management and operator data sat in separate places, so the team produced about 25 usable single-contact leads a week at roughly 60% accuracy.
What we built
A lead engine that fuses real estate databases, commercial registries and public records, then uses web search agents to close the gaps in ownership and contact hierarchy. The output isn't a contact list. It's a relationship map per building, across every layer of the decision.
The outcome
- 6–8× weekly lead volume in 90 days
- Accuracy from ~60% to 92%+
- Research per lead: 20 min → 3 min
- 40+ hours returned every month
The problem
As client meetings and media outreach scaled, personalised follow-ups took hours every week, and the alternative, templated messaging, would have cost Luxn the voice their whole business is built on. Managing it outside Slack added friction to a team that lives in Slack.
What we built
A follow-up agent that reads the transcript of each client or journalist meeting and drafts a personalised email in Luxn's voice, with tone, intent and context intact, then delivers it into a dedicated Slack channel to review, edit and send. No third-party branding, no new tool.
The outcome
- +25% increase in prospect and client replies
- Several hours returned every week
- Zero context switching, fully native to Slack
- Consistent brand voice at scale
The problem
Leaf Guardian helps hospitals prevent pressure injuries. Preparing hospital outreach was entirely manual: roughly an hour to compile and verify 80 contact records, pulled from databases into Excel by hand. For a lean team preparing pilot programmes, that hour came out of the work that actually matters.
What we built
A rebuilt contact preparation pipeline: automated sourcing, executive-level targeting against fresher data, and verification before anything reaches the team. Designed from the first line for healthcare compliance, so no protected health information touches the workflow at any stage.
The outcome
- ~10× faster contact preparation
- More accurate hospital executive targeting
- 100% PHI-free by design
- Scales as hospital partnerships grow
03 / How it works
Four steps, and you only touch the two ends
The middle of this diagram is the part most vendors sell you a seat to operate. For us it's cost structure. You hand over inputs you already produce and finished work comes back with your name on it.
The two middle steps are ours to run. You never log in.
04 / How we sell
The outcome comes first. So does the proof.
Most AI is sold as capability and priced as access. You buy the seat, you carry the risk, and whether anything changes is your problem. We inverted it. Six rules, and we don't break them to close a deal.
Find the outcome, not the pain
Everyone can list what annoys them. Almost nobody pays to fix an annoyance. The first conversation is about what your week actually costs: which deadline slips, which hire you are about to make, which account is quietly at risk.
"How much more could you take on if this work were not the ceiling?"
Prove it before charging for it
We run alongside your current process first, on your real work, at our expense, with nothing reaching your clients. You compare the two outputs and decide.
Weeks one and two run in parallel. Then we talk about money.
Price the unit of work
Not seats, not hours, not tokens. A flat price per packet, per record, per report. You should be able to put our number next to a salary and do the arithmetic in your head.
Carry the risk. Month to month.
No annual contract, no minimum term, no onboarding fee held hostage. Anyone genuinely confident in an outcome can afford to be cancellable.
If your team does not get hours back by day 30, fire us. Fifteen days, either side.
We run it. You don't.
No dashboard to learn, no prompts to write, no tool your team adopts in month one and abandons in month four. Work arrives finished, in the systems you already use, with your name on it.
Say it in plain words
No leverage, no streamlining, no platforms. If a sentence about your business only makes sense to someone who works in AI, it is not doing any work.
05 / The boundaries
What we do, and what we'll never do
- Run the work end to end, on your deadline
- Charge a fixed price per unit of output
- Put senior human review on everything that leaves
- Deliver under your name, invisibly
- Work inside the stack you already have
- Stay month to month, cancel any time
- Sell you software, seats or licences
- Bill by the hour or by the token
- Ship unreviewed model output
- Put our brand in front of your clients
- Ask you to migrate systems to work with us
- Sell AI. It's our cost structure, not your value
"The email follow-up agent has been a game-changer for our business. It's saving us time, improving our client engagement, and seamlessly integrating with the tools we already use. I'm really impressed with how customizable and effortless it is to manage."
06 / Who runs this
Operators, not theorists
Modern Agentic was founded in 2025 by three builders out of product, go-to-market and operations, including time at Microsoft and Capgemini, and companies taken from Series A to pre-IPO. We build AI systems for clients every week, which is a different job from having opinions about AI.
07 / Questions
Straight answers
We take a recurring, deadline-driven piece of work off your team and run it for you: research, preparation, correspondence, assembly, follow-up. AI agents do the bulk of it and a person reviews everything before it leaves. You receive finished output, not a system to operate.
A tool transfers the work to you in a new interface, then charges monthly whether you use it or not. Adoption, prompting, quality control and the hours are all still yours. We don't hand you anything to run. The unit you buy is the output: the packet, the record, the report. If the output stops being worth it, you stop paying for it.
A flat monthly price against a defined unit of output, set after the audit so it's priced against your real volume rather than a guess. The benchmark we hold ourselves to is simple: it should land at a meaningful fraction of the loaded cost of the hire you'd otherwise make, and you should be able to check that arithmetic yourself.
Work that is repeatable but needs context. Calendar-driven, document-in and document-out, judgment-light but error-intolerant. These are the tasks where a rigid script breaks but the decisions aren't the hard part. If it's genuinely creative or the judgment is the product, we'll tell you it isn't for us.
No. We work inside the stack you already have: your CRM, your drive, your Slack, your industry software. There's no platform to migrate to and nothing to rip out. If a system is genuinely holding the work back, we'll say so, but that's your call and not a condition of working together.
Both, deliberately. Agents handle the volume; a person reviews what goes out. That split is why the price works and why the error rate stays low, and it's also why we don't sell "AI." The agents are our cost structure. What you're buying is the finished work and the deadline it lands on.
It stays in your systems wherever the work allows, is used only to deliver your work, and is returned or destroyed when we part, all of it in a signed data agreement before anything starts. Where a sector demands more, we design for it: the Leaf Guardian workflow was built PHI-free from the first line.
The audit is a conversation and a look at one real workflow. From there, a parallel run typically starts within two weeks. We're running beside your current process, so there's nothing to switch over and no risk to your clients while we prove it.
Start with the workflow, not the software
Bring us one process that eats your week. We'll tell you honestly whether it's worth automating, what it would cost, and what we'd have to prove first.
